The summer holidays are in full swing here in the UK, which means I am working in smaller bursts and trying to juggle everything around family life and the warmer weather. My goal is to get as much as possible wrapped up before taking a week off in mid-August. It will be my first proper break in a while, so I am keeping everything crossed that I can tie up loose ends before then.
A Quick Note on Support
Because of the summer holidays and my upcoming break, support will be a bit slower than usual through August. If you send a message or raise an issue, I will still respond, but it may take longer than you are used to. I would rather give you a full, useful reply than rush through and miss something important.
If you have any urgent queries, I recommend sending them through sooner rather than later so there is more chance of me catching them before my week away. After that, things will pick up again and we can get back to our usual pace.

The Canopy YouTube Channel
Our YouTube channel has always been one of the main ways we connect with you. Over the years it has been a space to share tutorials, answer questions, and have a good chat during livestreams. Unfortunately, with Yann being unwell, we have not been able to host a livestream for quite some time.
The good news is that livestreams may return, although possibly in a slightly different style. I am still working through the details, and there is more to plan than you might think. A single hour of live broadcasting can easily require four or more hours of preparation. That includes getting the content ready, testing the setup, managing the stream, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
With everything else going on recently, finding that amount of time in one block has been difficult, especially when working at reduced capacity. That said, I do miss the live interaction and the chance to chat with you all in real time, so I am keen to bring it back when things settle down a little.
