Been busy on the backend today:
- All Courses should now have their downloads attached – if you think something is missing do let me know. I’m only human after all 😉
- Mobile/smaller screen login experience is now working properly
- WE are checking through all the active Courses for subtitles completion

🎉 Everyone Should Now Be Enrolled!
First off, an apology.
Our email system had a silent failure. As a result, many of you may have received:
- What looked like random orders
- Just a password reset link
- Or no email at all!
These emails were genuine, but unfortunately, many people missed the original welcome message. Sorry about the confusion.
If you haven’t requested account deletion, you’ll receive a fresh welcome email soon. In the meantime, you can log in using your previous email and reset your password to access your courses right away.
We genuinely hate spam — by default, you’re only subscribed to critical updates (no marketing). But if you’d prefer not to hear from us at all, just unsubscribe from this email and we’ll leave you in peace.
What’s Left To Do?
We’ve completed most of the heavy lifting, but here are the current priorities:
- Closed Captions/Subtitles on all courses — ETA: 27th June 2025
- Course Completion Certificates
- Missing Downloads for some courses — ETA: TBC
- Proper Newsletter Options — so you only get the updates you care about

- Passkey Support: assessing phone compatibility
- Optional/Mandatory 2FA on all accounts

Site Migration Update
We are still in the process of adding people to all their courses, so IF you don’t see a course you had before, please be patient as things are going as fast as they can 🙂
Once this process is complete, courses and products will be available for enrolment. I am hoping this will be later today!
Known Issues:
High Priority:
Not all courses have their downloads attached yet. We are working through these as quickly as possible.
Courses with subtitles previously didn’t have them all yet. This is a manual process for us, and is being worked on at the moment.

The main user migration should be complete. If you haven’t received an Email, please let us know. Do check Junk / Spam as it is likely in there if not your main inbox.
Next Steps: Over the years, we have enrolled people in courses that were purchased off-platform. These courses will be added soon to all applicable accounts.
If you are someone who hasn’t bought anything on our old platform, but bought off-platform, you will get a user account and courses assigned to you in this next wave.

Migration is going well, about 40% complete. We have had to stop for a little while as we are sending quite a few emails and have reached a daily quota.
There are, unfortunately, a few emails that have bounced. We don’t have a way of realistically following up on those bounced emails.
There is also a group of failed emails, but correct enrollments- those people will receive another email in the coming days letting them know what to do next. I will ping out an email once I know everyone should have received an email.

User Migration has begun. This will take several hours to complete. You will be getting emails granting you access to your previous products. You won’t be able to access them just yet, though. Please check your Spam folders as well. I have no doubt some emails will end up in there

- In a few hours, sales on our current site will stop so we can start the migration.,
- The site will be offline on Saturday while the migration begins.,
- Work will continue throughout the weekend. I’ll post an update as soon as everything is finished.,
Support during migration
- Site-related support questions sent over the weekend will not be answered.,
- You may receive automated emails confirming “purchases.” These messages register your existing courses in the new system.,
- Courses will appear gradually. Please wait for the completion announcement before asking for support.,
I’ll be focused on the migration, so questions about the new site, migrated courses, or products will be handled from Monday at the earliest. This is also the time when, if you need to, you should take note of where you are in your courses as that progress will not be transferred. Mike
